New Media

New Media prepares students for careers in filmmaking, game design, sports production, visual communication, and more. Students can choose between two areas of emphasis: Film & Video Production or Content Creation & Digital Design to tailor their education to their specific interests.

The program is built around a hands-on curriculum, emphasizing praxis—learning through real-world media experiences. Much like a medical degree, students work closely with industry professionals in real media environments. A cohort system accelerates traditional coursework, allowing students to spend most of their time at William Penn University engaged in professional programming.
