POSITION TITLE: Data-Prospect Researcher Graduate Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:	Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience:	Attention to details and recording of data
Abilities:	Maintain confidentiality of data Independent decision making and ability to exercise good judgment; Good written and oral communication skills; Ability to work independently and as a team member to complete assigned tasks and meeting deadlines; Organizational skills, detail-oriented, time management, relationship building, and communication skills essential

POSITION SUMMARY:
WPU strives to create a vibrant learning community for all of its members, including students, staff, and faculty. To help foster that community, Graduate Assistants will lead by example and help others’ leadership capabilities, employ relevant technologies, and actively demonstrate the Quaker virtues of simplicity, peace-making, integrity, community, and equality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must maintain confidentiality of material/data
Research on alumni/donor address
Assist with CAMS data updates/entry
Build donor profile
May assist with field report entry from Development Officers
Develop/compile stories/surveys & results from incremental years of alumni
Assist with special events coordination within the Advancement Office
Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
Available to give tours to visiting alumni
Ambassador, promote WPU, its program and experiences
All Other duties as assigned.

START DATE: August 1, 2023

REPLACEMENT OR NEW POSITION: Replacement

FULL TIME/PART-TIME/TEMP: Graduate Assistant (Temporary) minimum of 2 years
