Position Title: Nursing Clinical Coordinator – Simulation & Skills Lab

Department: Division of Nursing

Position Requirements and Preferences:

Education: Master’s degree preferred; BSN required
Experience: RN, BSN with a minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience
Abilities:
  1. Office management skills, decision-making, critical thinking, and computer proficiency
  2. Excellent written communication and ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize nursing clinical and lab courses
  • Coordinate clinical sites, faculty assignments, orientation, and class scheduling
  • Manage the college’s skills laboratory and simulation center
  • Ensure effective operation of the lab and oversee simulation equipment usage
  • Provide administrative support to nursing staff
