| Description of Duties and Responsibilities: |
|
|
A member of the Gameday Operations team for William Penn Athletics must be reliable and willing to fill a variety of roles. Those roles include selling apparel and/or concessions, ticket sales, fan engagement duties, parking, monitoring gates, checking field passes, working in sports information or any other duty as assigned by the Athletic Operations Staff or those serving under the Athletic Director.
PAC Supervisors will be responsible for opening and or closing the PAC. During your shift you will monitor and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the Penn Activity Center. The supervisor is designed to be the face of the building to everyone in it that needs guidance or help. Duties may include but are not limited to greeting, checking visitors in, providing direction/information, communicating with supervisor regularly, enforcing PAC rules, fixing and communicating irregularities in the building, walk through the designated areas of the building, etc. |

These jobs require an extra level of attention to detail, communication, and responsibility, so it is very important and must be taken seriously to ensure the safety and regulation of of athletic events and the PAC. |
