The William Penn Information Technology Services department, including the ITS Help Desk, is located on the 1st floor of Penn Hall – Room 112.

  • Software advice
  • We are here to help you use all types of technology on campus including: PC’s, smartphones, tablets, entertainment systems, campus WIFI and wired networking, classroom technology, computer labs, etc.

 

Who is it for?
Technology services are available for students, faculty, and staff. Please bring your Student ID or William Penn ID with you when you visit.

Mon – Thur 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Please leave a detailed voicemail and the on-call support staff will contact you in the event of a critical incident. All other incidents deemed non-critical will be handled the next business day during business hours.
