Agreement

• No visitors in your dorm room, including student and non-student.
• Adherence to university rules found in the student handbook.
• No travel out of state.
• I understand that if I choose to stay on campus that I may have a greater potential for contact that could result in exposure to a virus or other pathogen such as COVID-19. By making this request to stay on campus I understand that I waive any claim I may have against the University relating to viral or bacterial exposure and I fully release and indemnify the University for any claims relating to illness or injury regardless of the circumstances.
